WEG Medals

Big Brother got a nice surprise today - a parcel from the World Education Games which he competed in back in March.  Inside were three medals and two certificates.  His final placings were:

Spelling: 1st in New Zealand, 33rd in the world
Science: 1st in New Zealand, 31st = in the world
Maths: 4th in New Zealand, not in the top 100 in the world.

We're super proud of you, Big Brother!

The Bunny House

Little Sister loves her bunny house, and spends a lot of time playing with it.

This is how she left it tonight:

Washing machine stuffed with clothes

while clean washing waits in the basket.

Big Bunny and Little Bunny share a meal and

upstairs Mrs Bunny and two bunny children sleep on the floor under scavenged blankets

A Polar bear and a kiwi nap on the lawn

And a baby mole beds down in the bath tub

And in a lonely upstair bedroom a single lego man waits, stuffed into a laundry basket. 

I'm sure there's a story in that.
